What this covers
This policy explains what AutomateDash collects when you visit automatedash.com or request early access, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address and the automation tools you select in the early-access form.
- Basic attribution: UTM parameters, the page you landed on, and the referring site.
- Your theme preference (light/dark), stored locally in your browser only.
- Visit statistics: page views, the referring site, approximate country, and browser or device type. See Analytics below.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell data.
Why we collect it
To confirm your spot, contact you about AutomateDash early access, and understand which tools the first agencies use. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.
Analytics
We count visits with Umami, and only if you allow it. Nothing loads until you accept in the banner: no cookies, nothing stored on your device, no following you to other sites. When you do accept, we see page views, the referring site, campaign parameters, approximate country, and browser or device type — never who you are.
Umami Software, Inc. processes this for us on its EU servers, under a data-processing agreement. Your IP address is used only in passing, to work out an approximate location and a hashed visit id, and is never stored. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Change your mind whenever you like with the Analytics link in the footer, and if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal we don't ask and don't count.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or 24 months after the early-access program ends, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to processing. Email contact@automatedash.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to people on the waitlist.
